We provide sound for conferences, seminars, panel discussions and business events: the system is set up and tested before the attendees arrive, and a sound engineer sits at the mixing desk during the programme.

Microphones, presentations and how the day runs.

How many microphones do we need?
As a rule, one for every speaker who is on stage at the same time and one for audience questions. For a panel with four guests and a moderator that makes six microphones. We suggest the exact number once we have seen the programme.
Can we connect our own laptop and presentation?
Yes. We connect the laptop to the screen and route the sound from the presentation or video into the same system as the microphones.
Is the sound engineer there for the whole conference?
Yes, if you book one. The technician is on site from the sound check to the end of the programme and handles the microphones, the music during breaks and the sound of presentations.
When do you bring and set up the equipment?
Early enough for the system to be set up and tested before the first attendees arrive. We agree the setup time with the venue team.
