Answers to the most frequently asked questions about event sound

How much does event sound cost?
Basic sound rental for events up to around 100 guests starts at €150 and includes two active speakers, microphone, cables, stands, delivery and setup. A more complex system with a sound engineer begins at 350€. For more demanding events, we provide a quote based on the programme and venue.
Can I rent sound equipment without a sound engineer?
Yes. For smaller events, delivery, setup and equipment installation can be arranged without the presence of technicians during the event. Equipment is collected after the event.
What does the basic sound package include?
The basic package includes two active speakers, a microphone, required cables, stands, delivery and setup. Prices start from 150 €, with final configuration depending on the venue and event programme.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment at the venue?
Yes. Delivery, setup, configuration and removal are included in the quote. For remote locations, we will separately state transportation costs.
When should I book sound services?
For smaller events, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For concerts, festivals and events with multiple performers, we require more time for technical preparation.
Can a sound engineer be present at the event?
Yes. For events with multiple speakers, performers or programme changes, we recommend a sound engineer who will manage the mixing desk and microphones during the event.
What equipment do you use?
We use verified brand names — FBT, LD Systems, Behringer, Soundcraft and others. All equipment is regularly maintained and tested prior to each event.
Do you operate across Slovenia?
Yes. We will determine transportation costs based on the location and include them in the quote.
How does payment work?
Upon confirmation of your booking, you'll receive a quotation or invoice with the agreed date and payment method.
