Sound setup

We select the appropriate speaker system based on the size of the venue, layout and number of guests.

Venue lighting

Basic lighting is included; the scope is tailored to the venue and layout.

DJ equipment and microphone

The DJ brings a mixing console or DJ controller along with a wireless microphone for speaking and announcements.

Music mixing

We discuss genres, preferences, and a playlist prior to the event.

Setup and breakdown

We arrive at the venue early enough for setup and testing, and dismantle the equipment after the event.

Backup equipment

For key system components, backup equipment is available.
