Terms of Business

1. General provisions

These general terms of business govern the contractual relationship between the service provider Efekti.si (hereinafter: the provider) and the customer (hereinafter: the client).

By confirming a booking or submitting an inquiry, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms of business.

2. Services

The provider offers the following services:

• Sound and lighting equipment hire for events
• DJ services for parties, weddings, corporate events and other occasions
• Technical support and event execution advice
• Delivery, setup and equipment collection

3. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when the client receives a written confirmation (email) from the provider. The provider reserves the right to cancel a booking without giving a reason.

A deposit (prepayment) of up to 50% of the total service value may be required to confirm a booking.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR). VAT is not applicable under paragraph 94(1) of the Value Added Tax Act. Equipment rental prices are listed on the website and may be changed without prior notice.

Payment methods:

Equipment delivery and collection

Equipment can be collected from the supplier's address or delivered to the desired address. Delivery charges are charged according to the price list or agreement.

The customer must return the equipment in the same condition as received. Any damage or loss will be charged at the market value of the equipment.

6. Deposit (guarantee)

For equipment rental, the supplier may request a deposit, which will be refunded upon return of undamaged equipment. The deposit amount depends on the value of the rented equipment.

In the event of damage or loss of equipment, the deposit will be retained equivalent to the amount of the loss.

7. Reservation cancellation

Cancellation terms:

• More than 14 days before the event: full refund
• 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the event: Will not be returned

Cancellation must be sent in writing (email).

8. Liability

The provider is not liable for damage arising from incorrect use of equipment or actions contrary to instructions.

The customer is fully liable for the rented equipment from the moment of collection until return.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, etc.), neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations. In such cases, the parties will agree to reschedule the event or refund the payment.

10. Dispute Resolution

The parties will attempt to reach a mutually acceptable resolution of any disputes. If this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the court in Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia.
